Wyser Assist

AdvicePro has partnered with Wyser to bring their AI technology into AdvicePro. The product ASSIST allows for transcribing and summarisation of client/adviser calls and recordings.

Once a call is completed, the recording is uploaded to the ASSIST system, which transcribes the call and produces a selection of summaries of the discussion. The adviser will be notified when this process has completed and will be able to review the transcript, select an appropriate summary format, which will then automatically record, with the call duration, in the Case/Enquiry as a Work Completed item.

Auto Actions

External Document Storage

Client Portal
